Please check the sizing chart first before ordering. Please note that the Orca needs to be at the size of your child now not for them to "grow in to". There are adjustable straps at the sides and over the shoulders to accomodate for growth.
The Orca swim trainer is a perfect all-in-one learn to swim aid from paddler to confident swimmer.

It has been designed by a swimming expert and changes the way a child learns to swim by correctly supporting their body in the water and allowing them to move their arms and legs more freely.
The Orca swim trainer graduation system enables you to customise your child's bouyancy by giving them enough flotation for their ability. The removebale flat pads are located on the chest and the back area to enable maximum balance and control.
The float pads are removed one at a time, first from the back, then from the front alternating until all 9 float pads are removed. The removal of the float pads allows your child to eventually swim unaided in the natural swimming position.
There are 4 sizes available:
X-Small 2-3 years old 10-20lbs
Small 3-4 years old 20-35lbs
Medium 4-5 years old 35-55lb
Large 5-6 year olds 55-75lbs

Warranty and Returns Policy
The Orca Swim Trainer is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
If, within 30 days of receipt, the product is found to be defective, damaged, or not fit for its intended purpose, the customer must notify us in writing within this period. Upon review and confirmation of the issue, we will, at our sole discretion, offer either:

a replacement product, or
-
a refund of the purchase price
To process any claim, we reserve the right to request supporting evidence, including but not limited to photographs or video footage, and/or the return of the product for inspection.
This warranty is strictly limited to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. No refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will be issued after this period has elapsed.
This policy does not cover:

normal wear and tear
-
damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper use

failure to follow provided instructions or safety guidance

change of mind or personal preference
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
International Duties and Taxes Policy
For all international orders, the customer (recipient) is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated. They are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid directly by the recipient to the relevant courier or customs office.
If duties and taxes are not paid:

the shipment may be delayed, held, or returned to the sender

any additional shipping, handling, or return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer
In the event that a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties and taxes:

original shipping costs are non-refundable

return shipping fees and any associated charges will be deducted from any applicable refund

or, if the customer requests redelivery, additional shipping costs must be paid in advance
We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from unpaid customs fees or failure to respond to courier communications.
