At The Orca Swim Trainer, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in the original packaging for a full refund.

Steps to Return

To return an item, please contact our customer service for a return authorization number. Once you receive this, securely package your product and ship it back to us. Please ensure you keep the tracking information for your records.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. Your payment will be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase.
